2. Your order
Tell us your story, choose a style and listen to two previews. If you buy, we deliver your selected full song and purchased extras at the time shown at checkout. Orders are digital; nothing is shipped by post.
3. Using your song
You may download, keep, play and share the delivered song and cards for personal, non-commercial use, including gifts and family events. Contact us before commercial use, resale or distribution on streaming platforms. We do not promise exclusive output or that AI-generated content qualifies for copyright protection.
4. How songs and cards are made
Lyrics, music, vocals and greeting-card text are generated with AI tools from the story and preferences you provide. We send the necessary inputs to the providers named in our Privacy Policy. Names and individual words can be mispronounced or incorrect. Listen to the song and read the lyrics and card before giving them.

Each paid order includes 1 free remake. Request it from your song page and tell us what to change, including pronunciation or story details. Listen to the new versions and keep your previous version until you choose a replacement.
6. Your story
You keep your submitted content. You must have the right to share the names, stories and other details you submit. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, or private details you do not have permission to share. You allow us and our providers to use the necessary content to create, store and deliver your song, fulfil your order and provide support.
7. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars before payment, including any extras you select. Card and payment details are handled by Stripe or PayPal where offered; we do not store full card details. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
8. Refunds
If your free remake still isn’t right, we refund the full price. If we deliver later than the time you paid for, we refund the 1-hour delivery fee. Email support@ourlittlesong.com within 14 days from delivery to request your refund. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered and for exercising reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction still apply.
