1. Free remakes
Each paid order includes 1 free remake. Request it from your song page and tell us what to change, including pronunciation or story details. Listen to the new versions and keep your previous version until you choose a replacement.
2. Refund requests
If your free remake still isn’t right, we refund the full price. Request your full refund within 14 days from delivery. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
3. Delivery problems
If we deliver later than the time you paid for, we refund the 1-hour delivery fee. Email support@ourlittlesong.com with your song link.
4. How to ask
Email support@ourlittlesong.com with your song link or the email used to order, and tell us what went wrong. Do not send card details.
